Choose from three stunning regions: Sea to Sky, Fraser Valley near Stave Lake, or Chehalis in Harrison Mills, for a unique canyoning experience off the beaten path. Meeting Point for the Fraser Valley Canyons: Join us at the Husky station located at 36671 Lougheed Hwy, Mission at 8:30 am for a safety meeting and preparation before we set off. This will also be your last opportunity to use the restroom facilities and grab a cup of coffee at the coffee shop, where they serve amazing burgers for a satisfying end to the day. Plan for the Day: Get ready for an action-packed day from morning till late afternoon. After the safety meeting, we will gear up and drive our personal vehicles to the trailhead of the canyon. Depending on the canyon chosen, we may need to all get together in one high clearance vehicle to reach our trailhead. Along the way, we will leave the Canyon Vehicle at the end of the canyon, where we'll store our end-of-the-day dry clothes and towels. Please note that we may need to carpool for the vehicle retrieval. Once at the canyon, we'll have practice sessions to ensure you're comfortable with the ropes and canyon techniques. Then, the real excitement begins as we embark on an exhilarating journey involving rappelling, walking, scrambling, sliding, and optional jumps into deep pools. What to Bring: Pack lunch, water, snacks, swimsuit, rashguard (optional), GoPro or waterproof camera (optional), an extra set of clothes, and a towel for drying off. Equipment Provided: We supply top-quality canyoning gear, including wetsuits, shoes, harnesses, helmets, and waterproof bags for your lunch. Gratuities for Your Canyon Guide(s): While not expected, gratuities are appreciated for our dedicated guides' hard work and exceptional service. Reservation and Cancelation Policy
RESERVATION AND BOOKING POLICY To ensure a smooth reservation process and a delightful adventure with us, please carefully review and adhere to our reservation and booking policy outlined below. FULL PAYMENT AND RESERVATION GUARANTEE: To secure your reservation, full payment must be made at least 10 days prior to the activity dates. This guarantees your spot and allows us to make the necessary arrangements. Additionally, all participants must agree to the terms of our liability waivers and complete a participant form before the activity is confirmed. On the day of the activity, all participants are required to sign our liability waivers to meet insurance requirements. If you are uncomfortable with the terms, a refund will be provided, no questions asked. CANCELLATIONS AND REBOOKING: We understand that plans can change, but please note our cancellation and rebooking policy: Changes to the participation date can be requested up to ten days before the activity start date, subject to availability. An administration fee of $25 per person or a 75% refund will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity are non-refundable. Please note that cancellations and booking changes must be made in writing (via email or text) and are considered confirmed only when acknowledged by West Coast Canyoning Adventures. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule activities. If rescheduling is not possible a refund or credit will be issued. MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS THRESHOLD: To ensure an engaging experience, we have a minimum participants threshold. If an activity does not meet the minimum requirement of three participants, we may need to reschedule. However, we can offer the option to transfer participants into a private class for an additional fee. If you do not agree to this arrangement, a full refund will be provided.
