Adventure sports and outdoor activities, including canyoning, carry inherent risks. before participation, all participants must sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. By signing this document you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract or breach of the occupiers liability act or claim compensation following an accident.  At any time, if any participants do not agree with the terms outlined in the release of liability & assumption of risks agreement, West Coast Canyoning Adventures will automatically cancel the reservation.
