Francois-Xavier Gagnon "FX" Owner - Operation Manager- Lead Guide
FX is a highly experienced and certified professional canyoning guide & instructor, with a passion for promoting safety and environmental stewardship in the canyoning industry. He brings an added level of expertise to his guiding as a Search and Rescue (SAR) Rope Rescue and Swiftwater Technician and member of the BC Caving SAR team. Rodger Williams
Lead Guide
Rodger, a Fraser Valley native, is an experienced rope rescue technician specializing in industrial sites and a canyoning guide during the summer months. He is always eager to discover new canyons and explore new abysses, making him an excellent addition to the West Coast Canyoning team. With his passion for the outdoors and his extensive knowledge of rope rescue techniques, Rodger ensures the safety of his clients while they explore the stunning canyons of British Columbia.

He is known to be a quiet demeanor, yet a highly effective leader who prioritizes the well-being of his group. Tim Lee

With a background in firefighting and SAR rope rescue, Tim Lee is an invaluable addition to our guides and instructors team. His expertise in these fields is matched by his exceptional communication skills, making him an excellent instructor and team member. Tim's passion for canyoning extends beyond his work as an instructor, and he is always eager to share his expertise and discover new canyons with his colleagues.

Originally from Quebec, Hugo Voyer is an invaluable member of our guide team. With his extensive knowledge in equipment, SAR operations, and his passion for swiftwater paddling and mountaineering, he brings a wealth of experience to any canyoning trip. Although he stumbled upon canyoning by accident, Hugo quickly fell in love with the unique blend of watersports and climbing that the sport offers.
Hugo's energetic and friendly personality brings an infectious enthusiasm to any group. When he's not exploring the canyons of British Columbia, you can often find him poring over maps and planning his next obscure expedition to some remote corner of the province. His dedication to the sport and his exceptional problem-solving skills make him an asset to any team, and his commitment to safety ensures that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Zach Osterlund
Assistant Guide
Introducing Zach, our highly skilled caving guide and rope access specialist from Alberta. With his extensive experience navigating challenging terrain and working with ropes, Zach brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our canyoning tours. His friendly and enthusiastic personality makes him a great guide for introducing others to the sport, and he takes great pleasure in sharing his passion for canyoning with others.

Georgia Temple
Assistant Guide
Meet Georgia Temple, our Assistant Canyoning Guide. With extensive emergency response experience from her work as a Humanitarian Field Worker and a professional Master's degree in Disaster and Emergency Management, Georgia is a reliable and safety-conscious guide for canyoning trips. She is also trained as part of a Heli-attack fire crew and has extensive first aid experience, making her adaptable and resourceful in unexpected situations.
Georgia's former competitive background in rock climbing and swimming is another strong asset as a guide, ensuring your safety and enjoyment during your adventure.

Luke Monty
Assistant Guide
Luke is an outdoor educator, industrial rope access technician, and an accomplished rock climber. Luke's passion for canyoning runs deep, and he loves nothing more than sharing his knowledge and expertise with others.
Luke brings a unique perspective to our team, as he is also deeply connected to his First Nation background. He is always eager to share with our clients how he and his ancestors used the land, and how their practices can inform and enhance our canyoning experiences.

Natasha Wilbrink
Assistant Guide
Natasha Wilbrink is an accomplished Canyoning Guide, Land Manager, and Biologist with a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resource Management. With years of experience in these fields, she has become an expert in the study and preservation of aquatic species. Her passion for conservation and the environment is evident in everything she does, and she is a true inspiration to those around her.
In her role as a Canyoning Guide, Natasha has explored many of the most beautiful and challenging canyons in the region. Her expertise in this area has allowed her to share her love of the outdoors with countless others, helping them to experience the thrill and wonder of canyoning in a safe and responsible manner.
