This deep granite canyon just east of stave lake is hidden away from the packed parking lots and nearby crowded trails. Don’t let the busy gravel road fool you, you’ll often be the only ones there on a beautiful weekend enjoying this hidden gem's serenity and solitude. It shows off its breathtaking waterfalls, deep blue pools, amazing rock features, and spectacular flora and fauna as soon as you jump (literally!) into the canyon. This remote canyon offers thrilling rappels, zip lines, jumps, and unique features to explore and enjoy as you join the creek in its journey from the snow capped peaks of the nearby mountain ranges to its final destination draining into stave lake. During this adventure, you will learn how to use proper canyoning equipment (all supplied for the activity) and skills to communicate, move, jump and rappel safely down a technical canyon. Furthermore, during this educational adventure, you learn about these beautiful yet fragile ecosystems and their natural and cultural significance.
