Meeting Point 📍 Outbound Station 27400 Sea-to-Sky Hwy, Britannia Beach, BC V0N 1J0 This is where your adventure begins! Please arrive on time for a smooth start to your canyoning experience. Your Adventure Plan Duration: 6–8 hours (morning to late afternoon) Begin the day with a comprehensive safety briefing before gearing up. Drive personal vehicles to the canyon trailhead (carpooling may be necessary). Store dry clothes and towels at the canyon’s exit for a comfortable finish. Receive hands-on practice with ropes and canyoning techniques. Embark on an action-packed journey featuring rappelling, scrambling, sliding, and optional jumps into deep pools. Reservation and Cancelation Policy
1. Pricing Prices are in CAD and subject to 5% GST. Payment via credit card or e-transfer. WCCA reserves the right to correct pricing errors. 2. Booking Policy Full payment required to confirm reservations. Group bookings (8+): 20% deposit, balance due 30 days prior. Minimum 3 participants per trip. If not met, guests may: -Reschedule -Receive a full credit -Upgrade to a private trip (extra fee). 3. Cancellation & Refunds 15+ days before: 90% refund or free reschedule. 15–48 hours: 75% refund or reschedule for $25/person. Under 48 hours/No-show: No refunds or rescheduling. Guest substitutions allowed (10% admin fee, WCCA approval). 4. Inclement Weather Trips may be rescheduled due to severe conditions (heavy rain, flooding, extreme cold). If rescheduling isn’t possible: Full credit for a future trip, or Refund minus 5% processing fee. 5. Participant Requirements Age: 12+ for group trips (exceptions case-by-case). Physical Fitness: Must be in good condition, comfortable with heights, and able to swim. WCCA may decline participation for safety reasons.
